White Horse Lake Autumn 1-day Line Recommendation

Located in the north of the core area of white horse lake Eco-tourism Scenic Spot and adjacent to the “Yipinmei Garden”, Chrysanthemum Garden is about 150 mu in area and divided into four major themed blocks of open sea of flowers, boutique exhibitions, greenhouse cultivation and scientific research. The garden is jointly constructed by Huaian Municipal Government and Nanjing Agricultural University and was officially opened to the public in October 2016.
To date, the park has nearly 5,000 varieties of chrysanthemums and has become the largest integrated base for production, teaching and research of chrysanthemums with the most preserved germplasm in China. The Chrysanthemum Exhibition held from September to November each year attracts more than 300,000 visitors from all directions, making it one of the three major chrysanthemum exhibitions in Jiangsu Province.

Three-island Adventure
Of 99 islands at the White Horse Lake, there are three special small islands, which are Fat Cat Island, Emu Island, and White Horse Island. They are surrounded together and are just like a close family. At the Three-island Adventure, you can hear the story of life, the story on the earth, and enjoy life full of music, art, and gourmet.
Three-island Adventure is located within Huai’an White Horse Lake Tourism Resort, and the three islands are located closely with total area of approximately 55 thousand square meters, and the project is comprised of three theme islands, such as Fat Cat Island, Emu Island, and White Horse Island.
The Fat Cat Island is the first public benefit theme island for stray cat in China with theme of “One-day Companion”. There are 12 sceneries built with the theme of cat, including green big cat with length of 30m and height of 8m and red copper fortune cat with height of 12m. The tourists can interact with 72 cats on the island, learn the scientific population knowledge and experience the beauty of life and nature;
The theme of white horse island is “One-year Reincarnation”, and the inflated white horse with height of 6 floors lies beside the island, with many sculptures and music instruments, the ecological art festival shall be held once biennially to highlight aesthetics.
The theme of emu island is “Lifetime Dream” and interaction experience is highlighted combined with local specialty, handicraft and cute pet contest.
